Has anyone had any first hand experence with the new clarke 5.5 tank for the 400EX? I run XC on a 400EX,looking for a little more range. I looked at the Hi-cap IMS, just looks ackward. If any one got PICS ? Thanks Joe.

I recently added one to my brand spanking new 400EX. I would like to say that it went on easily. However, that wasn't the case. First off I recieved NO directions on how to mount it. To say there was a lot of "guess work" is the understatement of the decade to date. Fit and finish truly suck. There is about a half inch gap between the tank and my rear fenders. I don't know if this is normal, because I don't have any directions. The front fenders had to be shimmed with washers and longer bolts to make them fit. It's back together, but I have to say it looks anything but complete. E-mail me for photos.
