Can anyone explain to me what an offset wheel is? I was on ITPTIRES website and they said the rincon uses an offset wheel. Here is what the technical write up reads "The new Honda Rincon utilizes independent rear suspension and must use a front offset wheel on the front & the rear."

Do you know the part in the midlle of the rim where the hube bolts join to? Well it's not in the middle, its closer to the outside. That's why most people with blasters turn the front wheels around to make it wider.
