I know this is more of a quad forum, but i was was wandering if anyone out there knew what the top speed of a 1986 Honda CR250R is. It is all pretty much factory.

I had a 96' CR 250 for a year or so.. mine was geard low so it only hit 65MPH.. I suppose if yours is factory that 75-80 shouldnt be a problem. Just dont hold it at top speed for long as it is not made for it and will run lean and destory the engine from lack of oil. thats why old 2 stroke street bike carbs have a "power jet" to keep them from running lean. I know the new XR650R can break 110 stock

 

i have a 97 cr 250 and it just has a fmf exhaust system and hit 87mph
