Default Dial-a-jet

Has anyone tried the Dial-a-Jet on thier machine yet? My brother's 250x has a stutter at about half throttle.I think it is jetting but really don't know much about how to jet a carb. All he did was change his pipe which I know screws with your jetting but we put the same brand pipe back on.Any help would be appreciated. Thansks.

Never tried one on a thumper, but they work pretty good on my 2 strokers.

I put one on my Rancher in December. Works well and I could tell the power band was improved from just above idle to full throttle, which is what they claim. Seemed to improve acceleration through the entire throttle range.

For around $90 each, it might be worth a try. Making adjustments to your DJ sure beats adjusting jets.

I haven't heard anything negative about the Dial-a-Jet. They do what they say; reduce your jetting problems and improve drivability.
