have you guys had good experieneces with your warranty work??????????????

my 02'300ex is a little over a year old,it started leaking oil at the cam seal..
I put all the stock parts back on it.took it to the shop and got it back 1and1/2 days later.
it got a new head gaskit,cam seal,and a valve adjustment,for FREE.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img][img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]
i'm happy because i hear storys of peoples quads being there for months at a time,
ir a week waiting list,or some crap,


it pays to go there a couple times a week and shoot the $h!t,
with them guys.........

 

I had a little issue with front right tire and rim. They replaced it without batting an eye. I love Honda!!!

 

I guess that depends on where you live. I took mine to Honda for a rebuild, they said the warranty would cover it. 5 days later they call me and said to come pick it up, I got there and my motor was apart from the jug up, my rod was hanging out of the crank case and the rest was in a box. They had to discontinue warranty work because my air filter was too dirty. I cleaned it before I went and they should have noticed my air filter 5,000 bolts ago. Honda warranty aint worth a flip in my opinion.

i clean my quads very well before taking them in for work

i dont know the michanic that works on my stuff,
but i know the service manager pretty good.
guess thats why i get good service

 

Honda loves to do warrantee work for free..... .those guys are bored... it's like MAYTAG around there...

the Honda repair shop is full of retired Polaris mechanics..... you know.... they stilll enjoy fixing ATV's, just not as much

your warranty is only as good as your dealer.if the guy you go to has excuses to not honor the warranty then you need to find a new dealer.
