I also have a White Bros. slip-on on my 2000 400ex and was interested in a headpipe for it. As fas as I know there may be one available from BigGun. While looking through one of my latest ATV mags, I saw a parts distributor listing a BigGun headpipe for the 400ex. I know they make a complete system and a slip-on; I was hoping that the headpipe was meant as an upgrade for the slip-on. I haven't inquired yet. I have contacted BigGun in the past and can say that they were very helpful. Yesterday I ordered a quite core insert for my e-series slip-on. I think I will probably stick with the stock headpipe, at least for a while. One more note: I see that "XR's Only" will chrome plate the 400ex headpipe and heat shield.

just talked to some guys up there at moto-man and here is what they told me:,

They do not offer a headpipe for you exhaust. White Brothers offers two different model exhausts. A Pro-Meg Exhaust and an S-Bend Exhaust. You have the S-Bend Exhaust and they do not offer a headpipe for that model. I spoke with White Brothers and they said that there was a headpipe in
production for your model but that with the headpipe it did not produce anymore power over the stock headpipe. So they decided not to produce the headpipe due to the fact there is no more power output. The Pro-Meg Exhaust comes complete with a tailend and a headpipe but White Brothers claim that this
system is only recommended with big bore kits. Otherwise if you were to run the Pro-Meg Exhaust with your stock engine you would lose most of the low end power you have now, although you would gain topend. Well I hope this answers all of your questions. Thank You.
