I was wondering about the cause of the fuel mixture screw haveing no effect on the idleing,turning the screw all the way in does not kill the motor,or turning the screw out does not flood the motor enough to change the rpm,any ifo would be appreciated.

First of all, I think you have this screw mis-named..it is actually an air screw. However you are partially correct in that adjusting it does in fact alter the fuel/air mix. If you have your ride jetted properly, the air screw merely fine tunes the process, especially in the lower part of the band. It doesn't make a dramatic difference, but just adds the final improvement to your jetting process. The nominal setting varies with the particular bike and adjusting from there is dependant on a particular problem or modification.
