My 2003 Foreman 450 started making a pinging noise at 20 hours, I brought it to the dealer, they adjusted the valves, clutch, tightened every bolt they could find and it still made the noise. They went upstairs took a brand new one off the showroom floor and it did the same thing so they said it was probably just the cold dense air maing it run lean and ping. I already bought a 150 main and and IDSX exhaust for it so I will install those and see if it goes away.
