You guys that have winches, can you tell a difference in the handling with the extra weight up front?

I cannot on a little Honda 300. I believe the weight of the A2000 from Warn is around 25 pounds. Some people carry beer that weighs twice that.

I believe that it is for all Tractor Supply stores, I got mine at the Tractor Supply on the Westside of Columbus.

Made the mount myself. You can see the pics at my Yahoo Briefcase.

Snowshark:
I'll assume you are thinking of putting one on the rancher. The Warn I have on front of my 'Cat only weighs somewhere around 25-27 lbs.? Can't remember for sure, but it's in that range somewhere. Add the winch plate, and you still don't have too much to tell a difference. I'm not sure how much difference their is in suspension between the two machines (it's been a while since I looked at the ranchers), but I don't think it will effect you either. Hope this helps.

Mike
