Default rubicon pipe + carb jetting

i was wondering if anyone knew if putting on a FMF badmax II pipe on a honda rubicon 02 requires rejetting the carb?

Really, about anytime you are going to be doing modifications to the exhaust, you need to re-jet.
Think of the engine like an air pump. The more air, the more gas you will need to maintain a "happy mixture". With air-box mods (like a K&N filter) and especially with an exhaust, you push more air through the system and, therefor, need to re-jet the carb to allow more gas.
So, yep!
