You prolly clocked it in the back of a Yugo putter with a trailer... just kidding. Out of curiosity, did you do any modifications?
Or did you have the hill to cheat and strong head wind to help you - I think that's what's happenin' here cuz pop had a 1984 trx 200 that went about 35 - 40 mph on hi.

Really, wow they must have geared the big red down when they did the engine change from 200-250 becase my stone stock 83' big red 200ES is geared so darn high that it lugs hard and can hardly rev out in 4th hi range! 60+ easy.. stays with the yamaha grizz on flat road until i hit a hill No joke.. clocked with a truck and a garmen GPS III at 60 and it wasnt nearly wound out..
