Default 650 EX ??

Thanks to everyone for proving the obvious. HONDA SHOULD MAKE BOTH. A CRF 450 based quad is obvious for AMA legal racing especially since Cannondale sparked the imagination of MX and Cross Country racers and left a convienent and substantial void to be filled.
Out west the XR 650's rule in the desert and that includes Team Green factory backed KX 500's. I think more people would buy the 650 based quad for duning and general trail riding even if it is not as race specific as the 450.
I was thinking this wasn't an "either or" situation but in the end it is: EITHER build both OR watch your customers buy something else.

Default 650 EX ??

they should make a 450cc and a 650cc but which one would i rather have ( 450cc ) there are certain reasons. Here is 1 of the many 400ex for example is a smaller cc atv than the 660r , preadtor 500 and others but can it stil hand on the track ? yes it can even tho it lacks some power it is a fast atv with mods and is the best handling and reliable yet so i think the 450cc with out do the predator and the raptor and the z's/kfx on the track yes maybe they wont out run the raptor or the predtor (maybe) but they will be faster thre the woods threw tight trails and on the sx or mx track.thats just my opinon

It's kinda funny to look back and see how wrong certain assumptions can be. Live and learn.

We still don't know anything more about a 650ex.
