I asked this under 450R but in hopes to get more responses I've decided to start another category.
I think that there is a good chance that Honda will come out with a 650 EX. I think Honda is doing the same thing with the Baja Rincon that Kawasaki did with the Prairie 650 Duner. Now Kawasaki is coming out with the KFX 700. My guess is Honda wanted to see how a 2-wheel version of the Rincon would do as a sport quad. Just my opinion. What do you think??

 

we all know they are testing the 450crf............
with this going on i dont think they would build a 650 just yet...if at all.......

Personally, I would rather see a CRF450/500 come out but I think there is a good chance for the 650EX
in 1 or 2 years. I think Honda would or should want to compete with the DS650, Raptor and KFX700.
I've noticed that the 300EX isn't in the UK 2003 lineup. Maybe the 400EX will bump the older 300EX and then the 450/500EX and 650EX would follow. Just a thought.

 

i dont think they would drop the 300ex.........

not as long as people keep buying them.........

when the 450 comes out,
i dont think it will have a problem hanging with the newer quads.......

but who wouldn't want to see a 650ex.....i sure would..

 

honda is working on a 450ex
it will be a beast yamaha had to put 660 in quad to beet the 400
so a 450 will be quick
honda should go big thow because there is a kit for a 440 so y add 10 cc add like 200

I was at a honda dealership and I was told that Honda is coming out with a 600cc sport quad. IT was second hand info so take it for what it's worth. They are supposedly making a new engine...

 

my dealer doesn't know anything about any new sport.........

this may be a dumb question, but is the CR a two or four stroke engine? I know its from a dirtbike...

 

the cr450 is a four-stroke engine.

 

What are you talking about it took yamaha to make a 660cc to beat the 400ex, I've ridden a 400ex and the old Banshee just plain smokes it!
