mine had the "The parts I would worry about most from jumping are the front A arm mounting tabs, part of the frame"" problem, at 300 miles back in 2001 when mine was new i started hereing clunking and poor handleing, watched the front tire dive in and out, the factory stripped the A arm bolt nut and it oveled out the mounting hole causeing honda to send me a new frame!! No problems since although i did hit a tree with my front tire and now its very twitchy on pavement but alliment seems fine...... hmm

 

Nick01, no the trannies are not $3000. Last I checked retail price on the tran was around $1250. Of course you would need a gasket set, and (my guess) around 8 hours shop time if you were to have it done at the dealer.
