Ever ride with dirtbikes?

Ruckus you do have a good point there.. Main thing I think gets people hurt on ATVs is that they are harder to bail off of than a bike is and they are heavier so when they do land on you it hurts worse. Crashing on the other hand seems to happen less frequently on a quad than it does on a bike. See what got me hurt so bad on my bike is that I was jumping off of a highwall and overshot my landing and hit a tree in midair. Shoulda bailed but thought I had enough room to land it and it happened so fast that by the time I realized I was in trouble it was too late. Probably a good thing I don't remember much about it I woke up 3 days later in intensive care...

I have always been a better rider on the bike. I enjoy the quads, but I
started with the bike in 69.
I will say I will end with the quad I do believe simply because it will be easier to get on the quad as I get older. Life goes fast.

I believe kids are allowed to ride dirtbikes at a younger age than ATVs. Thinking about it, it doesn't make sense, but statistically there are more kids injured on quads simply because there is more weight to handle.
Anyways, riding with bikes is fun. The only part I don't like just like riznaptor said is clumps of dirt/mud thrown in your face when they are in front of you hitting the throttle hard. My friend did it to me all the time on purpose, but I got him back later.
