My 2000 400EX has pulled to the left ever since I got it about a month ago, and when riding straight ahead the handlebars also seem to be off-center just a tad. I don't have a service manual yet and don't think there is a way to center the bars, but I need to know how to adjust the toe to see if it's out of adjustment--maybe that's causing the problem (nothing appears to be bent or damaged). TIA!

 

Check the tire pressure too.
