Default 400EX kill switch questions?, Help

I'm putting a Pro Design Kill Switch on my 400EX. I recently replaced the Old Cluch Lever System to eliminate the Parking Prake. I connected the Two Wires on the Clutch Lever Switch so that I can start it in gear. The directions say to connect the Short Wire on the Kill Switch to the Ground, which I think is GREEN. Next it says to connect the Long Wire on the Kill Switch to the Positive Coil Wire. What wire is the Positive Coil Wire, is it the BLACK/YELLOW? If anyone has ever installed one of these on their 400EX could you please tell me the right way to do this, and what color wires I have to connect to? Thanks. Also will I still have to use my Key or will the Kill Switch eliminate the Key? Whats the best way to connect these wires together?

Also in the Directions at the top of the page in smmaller print it says:

Note all battery power ATVs
Install long wire of kill switch to
engine
pulse triger wire on stator unit
and install short wire to ground

Any help would be great. THANKS
