I just bought a 95 Honda fourtrax 4x4 that has been garage keeped and has less than 300 miles on it. The bike looks like it has just rolled off the showroom floor. I bought it for my 16yr. old son. Is there anything I should know about this bike before I turn my son loose on it? Thanks.

 

Well if it has been in a garage for years you might want to change the gas and oil, plus the oil filter.

 

Sell it and buy him a sport quad?

But anyways. you shouldn't have any trouble with it. They are good ATVs. Just watch out for honda's SEALED bearings.

 

Very good quad. They have sold over 500,000 of them. Should get many miles of excellent service from it.

 

the only problems i had with my 95 was 1 front wheel bearing.and honda had a recall on the ignition module.

 

mine has been great,

it goes through hard times and easy times and has been through water mud whatever and is still running strong...

i just replaced the breaks and it is just like new....

shifting is kidna hard on mine but not on others i have ridin...
