Hey,

Im helping a friend wire in his new tether kill switch on his 93 300ex, Its made by emgo but it didnt come with any instructions, It has a white and black wire, but has no instructions on how to wire them, ive tryed hooking it in a few different places and i dont wanna hack the wiring harness all up, where do i wire it to?????????

Im trying to do this right now so i need some info quick,

If you want to keep the ignition switch disconnect one of the wires that go to the switch and connect the white wire to the ign/switch side and the blk to the other wire. If ign/switch is to be removed you will find a blk and a red wire just connect blk to blk red to white. Hope it helps.

 

Its not the kill switch i tryed to tell you this. THE MECHANIC DONT KNOW WHAT HE IS DOING IS ALL. No need to reply anymore i just solved the problem thank you.

 

yeah im the one he is doing it for i found the wires to connect them to but it blows a fuse every time i dont get it help me plz

 

you are probably going to have to splice the wire and connect it with the black. The white is the ground and you are probably have to going to ground it to the frame somewhere.

 

Im really getting sick of hearing this crap from you guys, i keep all of your crap running because you cant, Jeremy its not right when it sparks smokes and blows fuses when u hook it up, those arnt the right wires it just shorts out the entire electrical system when you hook it there i swear you dont know anything, i hooked it on on my bike in like 2 minutes and it worked great, i cant help it doesnt work on your 300, i told you the black is ground and the white goes to the positive side on the coil, but no you cant listen to me because i dont know anything, i havnt grown up in around a shop, i didnt build my bike, i didnt do that motor swap for you, i didnt jet daves Z400, If you guys wanna complain so friggin much do it yourself, o yeah i forgott you dont know how, so what do u do u call me and say ryan i messed my 4 wheeler up can u fix it, then i have to fix the big mess u cause..................... Keep it up and find urself another mechanic im sick of this crap.................
