2001 Recon. How many ft./lbs. of torque for the oil drain plug?

 

SPEAKING AS A MECHANIC OF 25 YEARS---- TIGHTEN IT!!!! YOU WILL TELL WHEN ENOUGH IS ENOUGH

 

I wanna say 22ft\lbs Honda 5, but better check me on that. Make SURE you use a new aluminum drain plug washer every time. In addition to helping it seal, it really protects the threads in the aluminum cases from overtorqueing.
