400ex chain size

How big the the chain on my 400ex?? 520?? 525??

I believe the stock chain has 96 links, but I could be wrong.

i think it might be 94 cause the 250r has 96 and the 400 is about an inch shorter

The stock chain size is a 520 x 100. I'm pretty sure the 100 means that there are 100 links in the chain. I could be wrong.

Don't forget too it is going to make a difference in the ## of links by what size sprockets you are running...
