i hurculined my lt250r frame...looks like crap...but its tough as hell.

 

Killer250R-
Look in the Dune Zone under Project Sand Trax. It has lots of pictures of the gusseted frame and the new powder coating. Paint chips to easy and the bed liner stuff is heavy. Stick with powder coating.
