best tire for rincon?
#1
i'm alittle confused about tire selection for my rincon. i have the stock tires on it now. i was thinking about getting some mudzillas. but i'm reading alot about loss of power and some future problems with gearing and suspension if i go with bigger aggressive tires. the mudzilla weighs alot very heavy tire. the 589 m/t i'm betting also have the weight problem or is it a problem? i just want a better mud/trail tire that isn't going to tear up my rincon. i really don't care about going over 60mph we mostly ride trails and mud ride.
i've look at the mud lites but the tread on lose do not look like much. should i stay with 25" tires or what?

the best tire I found was the goodyear (rawhide grip) they come in 25 inch and ride well , the extra traction you get is awsome. they come stock on the sportsman 700. i put them on my new girzz and love them.

I have a Rincon and chose to put the 25" Goodyear Rawhide grips on it...they work GREAT!!!...so much better than the stock tires. I think this is a great tire for all around riding..plus it is a "3 star" tire. All the tests on the Sportsman 700 gave great reviews on the Goodyears so that is why I decided to try them...
I am not disappointed one bit...also they are so much more stable at speeds than the soft sided radials that come from the factory on the Rincon.... I think if you ride in a soft pack and hard with the same tire you will like these on your Rincon....

got my 26" mudlites today and i'll have to say they are pretty bad. the pics posted on the net don't give them any justice at all. the tread on these things are big!!! and the weight is amazing. i rode alittle bit and love them
