I had the same question a while back. I called both about new aluminum billet wheels. ITP sent me the info right out and followed up with a call. Douglas, on two successive calls, had no idea what I was talking about. They did not know anything about a new wheel or the national ads for it. That was not reassuring to me, so I am buying ITP. That is just my experience. I am sure others have different ones.

I was considering a set of aftermarket wheels for my ATV and did some calling around. One of the larger ATV tire distributors recommended the Douglas over the ITP. They said the Douglas wheels are stronger than the comparable ITP wheels because Douglas heat treats their wheels and ITP doesn't. That came from an outfit that sells both brands- for the same price.
