250ex radiator???

Default 250ex radiator???
When I was out riding at my friends house I noticed that his 250ex had a small 2x12" radiator. He told me that it was all stock but I thought that it was air cooled. Any one know what it is?

it's an oil cooler. the oil pumps through there and gets cooled by the air. old vw bugs use them.
