For all the Rincon owners who have opened up the end of the exhaust please explain how you did it ?

Did it make a noticable difference?

Did you have to rejet ?

Is it much louder ?

Did you leave the spark arrester?

Any other comments welcome !

My riding buddy opened his exhaust. He took off the factory cap on the end and replaced it with one made by a friend. I believe the spark arrester is out now. The new cap has a 1 1/2 inch pipe coming out of it instead of 1 inch. The bike is not much louder than stock. Barely noticable. But when you get on it he says it is a little louder. I have not tried it nor can I hear it because I have a Big Gun on mine which is very loud!!! To the point where I short shift because it is annoyingly loud.
