Does anyone out there have a Taurus 454 Raging Bull?
I am looking for another holster for this thing.
I have been using a nylong shoulder holster for some years now. I would like to see about getting a belt holster for it.
I don't know where to look. Preliminary web searches have not turned up anything of value. I must be doing it wrong.
Does anyone have suggestions on where to look?
Thanks.

I have an Uncle Mike's hip holster for my Ruger 454 SRH with 7.5" barrel. I think the Ruger is a slightly smaller gun than the Taurus, but I believe the Uncle Mikes would still fit a Taurus. I'm not sure where I picked it up -- some place cheap like Walmart or Kmart.
I also just ordered a Mil-tec belt holster for my Ruger from Cabelas. This a scoped-handgun holster and it's available in 3 different barrel lengths. Right now its on clearance at Cabelas for $16. I have not yet received it, but my brother has one for his Ruger and he likes it enough that he ordered another one for his colt 44 mag.
If you're around Anchorage / Eagle River I could show you both of them once I get the Mil-tec.

i have a Raging Bull as well and I bought a left handed hip holster so I could pull across instead of having to pull straight up when needed. here is a link to the page that the holster is on. http://www.michaels-oregon.com/m_hol...p2.asp?grpky=3 good luck
