Pastor, I'm north of Hayden and east of Rathdrum by about 5 miles each. Going for a ride sounds good. Just need to find some extra time. Went turkey hunting for the first time yesterday and bagged a jake with my bow. My daughters boy friend picked up his tomkat a few days ago and likes it. I pick up my new Tribute this evening.

Pastor, I love my Tribute. I bought it with the smooth mods and it shoots 280 ft. per sec. set at 67.5 lb draw. It's pretty easy to hold steady with just a little stablizer on it. Damn quiet and accurate to. My Hoyt UltraTec pulls back a little smoother than the Tribute. Other than that I much prefer the Tribute. To me it looks and feels like the ultimate hunting bow.

Pastor, My wife and I are planning to go to our property out of Clark Fork next week. We will leave Monday evening and come back on Wednesday afternoon. Not sure how much riding we will be doing as I have work to do on the property. If you want to drop by while we are there you are more than welcome. If I have room I will be bringing a target and my Tribute so I can practice shooting on steep terain. Also, ten acres just down the road from our property recently went up for sale. I believe they are asking just shy of 100k. It does have a working well and a shack on it.

100k? for 10 acres and a shack...wow. Thats alot of money for that. Maybe I missed something here. I have been looking for a recreation property ands havent been successful. I was thinking about looking in your area and around Norman, ID. Also, another area is above Wallace. Any ideas?

Yeah 100k is pretty strong. I thought about offering maybe 25k until I heard the price.
A guy at work was looking for property/home in Mullan which is a few miles east of Wallace. The prices there were way high for what you get and what they were a couple of years ago. I haven't been up around Nordman for many years so I have no idea what prices are doing up there. I would guess though that they are high like every where else. Not as many buyers this year as last year so I bet prices will come down a little. Good luck!

Ac6tually, I own a sweet little cabin on the Canadian border just north of northport in Wa. But, i wanted some property in Idaho as well. There is another area that I was going to look into...east of Moscow, which is "behind" the St. Joe drainage.
