Found 27 already and have 4 matching sets. One 4X4 found dead scores around 145" B&C. Anyone else having any luck?

 

Thats awesome. I havent found any yet this year....I try to look for them while on the 4wheeler. Havent been that much this year. 2 years ago I found some great ones (for Oklahoma). While finding a shed isnt as good as havesting a monster, its pretty close! Good luck...post some pics if you can.

 

Guy I hunt with found a pretty big one, would've been a 10 point I believe, and thats about it.

 

I have not personally found any. I always try and keep an eye out for em though.

 

Found a few more this week, up to 39 for now. Going out tommorrow for awhile so hopefully I can ad to my list.

I went out to look for some today(nothing)...

 

Sorry no game farm. I work for the local telephone company and know a lot of land owners. Can't hunt on most of them, but they don't care about shed hunting. Most are happy to get them picked up rather than ending up in their tractor tire.

I had a dry run yesterday also! Walked about 5 miles (gps) and wasted over 4 hours.

 

My son and I found a matched 5X5 whitetail shed and a little forkie out behind our place. Found the set about 10 minutes out. That always makes the walk a little more easy. 5 hours in the woods is never wasted [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

 

well this year i found one side of a young 6pointer last year i found a 11 pointer with about a 19 inch spread and a real nice 8 pointer with about a 16 inch spread scored about 132...ive found a 8 pt rack that matched but one side had goten broken off during velvet...its the biggest 8 pointer ive every seen the largest sengle rack ive everfound had 7 points plus 5 littel points around the base of it most were a lil longer than a inch some were a lil less

 

Things slowed down since the ticks came out. Found a total of 44 sheds and only 4 matching sets!
