we also have a camp in hopkinton, ny. we use on demand hot water. have a gas frig gas rang and gas hot air funace and gas lights. we only use the furnace to take the chill of when we get there and then the wood stove maintains. we have a propain generator. and 10 deep cycle bateries and solar system on the roof. when the bateries get to low and if the solar system does not keep up the generator kicks on to charge the bateries back up. its done with an inverter. and can run everything in the camp. water tv all lights and outlets bathroom fan and all. we did have to chenge the well pump from 230volt to a 120 volt. works great. we do have a drilled well and septic. stayed there for 5 days at one stay and the generator never kicked on. u just have to worry about the batteries freezing in the winter. we bring them home when deer season is done. but can still go over in the winter and use the generator for power.

A Rolls parked in front of a trailer. Hmm. Jeff Foxworthy was right. You can't give rednecks money.

I never had a deer camp with a well and septic. We just had water jugs and a bucket. As long as I'm not in my cold wet tent I feel like it's all the luxury I need.

Pwillie,
I had a volvo years ago that would fit 3 deer in the trunk with the lid closed.
How many can you get in the rolls.

You know, you would be utterly shocked to see how many deer you can stuff into the trunk of an 1984 ford Tempo.
