Looking for info - suggestions for plowing snow - 250cc -?

Hello, Im new to the site. Im looking to get an AT V to push snow with, Im thinking something in the 250 to 500cc range of course 4x4, I would also use it for some spot sprayer use around the 6 city lots I have. about 1/2 of a city block. the drive is in 2 sections about 40 feet by 12 feet wide and a few side wals about the same length and 3 ft wide. this is the primary use of the ATV for me, with the exception of a few "search & rescue" type rides up & down county roads and through fields etc.
I currently have 2 Kawasaki Bayou 220, that are 2wd with about 100 miles on them or less, they are 2002 models.

I would like to know of any Pros & cons anyone has ran into with ANY brand.? even some of the "off" name brands if any owners are out there.
