need help with kazuma jaguar 500cc

I have a new jaguar 500 cc, runs good for 10 to 15 minutes, then develops an air lock in the fuel line, need help, have replaced the fuel lines, in line gas filter, cleaned gas tank and am still having problems, would appreicate any suggestions..
