Have a 2002 400i 4x4. I just replaced the thrust shaft in the rear drive assy. due to the nut on the shaft keeps backing off and jamming the middle shaft going to transmission. Finally snapped the thrust shaft. New shaft same thing happened except the nut smoothed out the shaft Threaded end, tore the inner cv joint on arm going to left rear tire and tore rear mount for the assembly off the frame. Any ideas out there. Wondering- manual transmission- running ITP mudlite tires possibly too much torque??? New to forum Any help greatly appreciated- Getting expensive Thank You
