Default 90 eton and 90 polaris

Sorry for the crappy introduction, I am Chad from Red Deer Alberta. My fleet of toys consist of 2001 arctic Cat 500, 2004 Honda 500 (wife's), 2008 Eton viper 90, 2005 Eton Viper 70, 2001 Polaris 90, 2006 gmc 2500 diesel. My problem quads are the 90 eton and the 90 polaris, both have the same engines and are having the same problems. Both quads have seen alot of water/mud last season, they both idle good but will not move when given throttle? They chug a little but will not produce power. I have cleaned the air filters, carbs, new plugs, removed the fly wheels cleaned stators not sure where to go from here? Both quads are 2 strokes. Any help would be great!!!!

Welcome.. Had the same issue with a kasuma but a fresh plug always did the trick. Agree with the above, would check out the gas... does it have a fuel filter?

I have changed the plug, drained the fuel, and installed a new fuel filter. I was thinking more toward a wiring issue? Bad connection somewhere? Or maybe a timing problem. Does any one agree. Thanx

Check that you have a good exhaust flow at idle. If not then carbon build up can happen at exhaust port or pipe itself IF the machines are older models. Just one thing I can think of. OPT

Check that you have good exhaust flow at idle,if not could be carbon build up at exhaust port or pipe. I've found this on several of the older machines, just a thought. OPT
