Indiana new 86 trx250r owner
#1
Read a ton on these forums and finally figured I'd start doin some posting. I just got back into quads this year and got a hold of an 86 trx20r that seems to run very well off of a recent rebuild.
I realize that even tho its a bad machine, it is quite a bit older and things will not always work correctly. For anyone who owns these machines, what are the most common fixes on them? I would like to have some extra parts and what not readily available for when things do come up. Not sure where to start when it comes to these old r's.
I see that it seems like people are constantly working on them. How long can you expect one of these to run properly after a rebuild?
Also, I may be in the market for some new plastics/seat if anyone out there has some laying around looking to get a few bones.
