No.. Use AGL for for the gear case on the 90,Demand Drive Plus Hub fluid for the front diff in the 2005 Sportsman 500.The Angle drive fluid was used in the older model front diffs that had the hub activated awd systems..Your model had the awd system in the front diff..

hello, can the front wheel bearings on a 2004 sportsman 90 be driven out or do you have to use a bearing puller?

Just drive em out.
