I am from Kansas and just bought my first ATV. It is a 08 honda TRX500FA8 Rubicon. My main intent with it is to plow snow when it gets bad. I bought a 2000lb Warn winch and a cycle country plow for it and just got everything installed this past weekend.

Yep that is how I started out 20 yrs ago, just needed one for plowing snow but then other things started happening like getting a trailer then going to places to ride then buying a side x side.....yep just plowing snow is how it started!!

Welcome. I think you'll find that while you bought it with the intention of plowing snow, they're just to much fun to only use for work. The Rubicon is a great trail machine too.

Your signature just cracks me up about "growing up being the dumbest thing you ever did"....at 66 yrs old, my old body is getting rough but the mind is still 25 yrs old. I typically get myself into trouble trying to do things I can no longer do....but still dumb enough to keep trying!!
