I purchased a Hi-Bird USA 200 Quad around 10 years ago. I used it for a while and then it stopped working. Since I am not mechanically inclined, I thought that was it. Recently a buddy looked at it and an electrical connection was just loose. It revs up but I no longer have the key. We tried to rig the wiring but we couldn't figure it out. Does anyone know where I can get a replacement key OR how to wire it so it will start? Thanks in advance. Looking forward to learn a little from you all.

 

Whole switch/key assemblies on ebay for under $5 that will probable work on your ATV. Search under Chinese ATV or Taotao rather than Hi-Bird.
