Atv wont start

Default Atv wont start

I have what I believe is a kazuma 110cc quad . Motor ID GY6. I have replaced everything on it brand new. Starter..solenoid. .plug wire...key switch...battery...cdi box...it is getting spark and gas but with just turn over but will not start. I checked the timing and it is in time. I need help.

adjust the valves
seriously the valve lash will get so tight on these they will not start. Need to check intake and valve clearance at TDC compression stroke

Compression???...This falls in line with 410Customs' post


Does it fire on SF (starting fluid)??


How do you know it's getting spark & fuel (is plug wet/did you arc to frame?)

Try taking the air filter off put one hand over rear of carburetor and whirl engine hold throttle open about 1/4 to 1/2 you should feel it trying to suck your hand and get fuel make sure it's not blowing fuel back could be your choke not working properly.
