Where can I get a new oil tank for atv TRX 500 Honda, I over tighten my oil drainage bolt and its just leaking I added bigger bolt size 19 and it’s more dripping oil. Any suggestions what can fix it or where can I get a new oil tank? This is the model.

You now understand the importance of using a torque wrench, and a good quality one at that. Many believe torque wrenches are to make sure bolts are tightened enough. When in reality, torque wrenches are far more important to make sure you do not over-tighten bolts into aluminum blocks and parts. It is so easy to over-tighten a steel bolt into aluminum and strip the aluminum threads, thus rendering the bolt useless. Same goes for over-tightening lug nuts on wheels and stretching the steel lugs.
Contact your local dealer and ask if there is something that can be done to fix your current issue. They may be able to properly tap the hole and provide a larger oil pan bolt. I know that is probably what you attempted to do, but sounds like it may not have been done right. I could be wrong, but don't think a heli-coil would work for that large of a hole which is oil pressurized. But like said, I could be wrong about that.
They make drain bold thread repair kits, but if you don't have any experience in installing these then you can make your problem worse. I was a professional Honda mechanic for over 20 years and by far the best thread repair kit is this one by Time Fasteners. But you can still screw it up even with the best parts.
