I bought a used atv that needs some work. Replaced the carb. The problem I’m having with it is the idle. I can ride the thing around with no problem. Once I stop the engine cuts off. Check the idle screw doesn’t seem to make it better or worse. Any suggestions. Also I am worried once I do get it to idle I won’t be able to shut it off. I’ve had to install a push button on the negative battery cable line to get it to start. If I just connect the battery without the switch it turns over on its own. Any guidance would be helpful thanks.
