i am a new member and i am sorry my my english in head of time i am not the best at it. but i am taking classes so please bar with me here

i have a honda trx 300 she well not start. i was riding her all week just got new parts. and she was running grate.started up with no problem ran like new. but then i tryed to take off after a 10 min ride and she wont start
this is all the stuff i got new

new coilpack
new spark plug
new carbrator
new cdi
new fuel lines
new battery
new filter
new oil filter
did a oil change last week.
i got all this last month and installed it. i took carb off to clean it thanking i had bad gas so i got high grade
i am getting spark and the spark is blue.
i got good compresion
she is getting fuel to the carb i checked that by checking the over flow
the tunning was great when i shut it off. i walked away to grab wallet and came back out and she would not start back up.
i been working on this all day and i am so lost on what the hell i doing wrong. so i ask in here incase i am over looking somthing.
