Lifts for mule bed?

Lifts for mule bed?
I have a 08 3010 diesel and while I like having a steel bed, it would be nice if I could retro-fit the bed with lift cylinders that would actually lift the bed, either empty or with something in it. Anyone have any suggestions short of retrofitting it with a hydraulic pump and cylinder?
