DHP: Im one of Kawi's Team Green riders, I assure you that if you talk to Doug the ATV tech at the Kawi Trailer he will take care of you. What he will do is write down your VIN: then he will have Kawasaki take care of the problem. Dealer's are not good at getting the job done. He wont have a frame for you at the track but he will make sure that the factory knows what happenned to your V. Yours must be the only one like that because we have had no problems of that nature. That is the one spot I didnt check on my bike till I read your post, I checked it out and mine is still in A1 shape.

 

Just talked to a guy that runs the GNCC and is leading in his class and also has had a broken frame but on his kfx400 and it was replaced with no problems. Now his is out of warranty and the dealer he is going thru thinks they can get his 2nd broken frame replaced also. What about mine? And i wanted to race the GNCC this weekend.

 

I checked mine and it looks fine, and I get some big air often hopefully yours will be fixed soon. My brother in law broke his frame on his Z400 and it has taken 4 weeks and he still doesnt have it yet.

 

TRX500...I'll take you up on the ride! Anyone one have a quad i can race now?

 

DHP.... I was looking forward to watching you run with the big boys at Burr Oaks this weekend. If you do find one to ride I will carry the V over for you for the factory boys to see.

 

I'm supposedly going to hear again from the customer service dept again today with hopefully a NEW final word on what they are going to do with the broken frame.. I'll keep ya posted.

 

DHP instead of complaining here take your quad to the gncc event and do what greenteam said.

 

Prairievenom..I was letting everyone know of the problem and how Wonderful they might get treated when they experience a problem with their Kaw. And by the way its taking a trip to the GNCC for resolution.(hopefully) Thanks
