The red seconday spring seems to put alot more pressure on the belt over the black spring, won't it? Has anyone tried this spring? I want to order a spring today but not sure if I should try this other spring or not. Thanks for the help.


EDIT: Also is there a place where I can buy springs in Canada? I thought this was the Canadian distrubter but I guess not.

 

Brent, don't know about the red spring, but I got my black spring thorough my dealer. He has an EPI catalog and the spring came in overnight(from Edmonton, I think). Cost was just over $40 Cdn. Hope this helps, I guess your dealer may or may not have the same parts sources. Good luck.

 

Checked with my dealer and he can get the EPI black spring....woooot. Should be here by the weekend.

 

I believe this is the canadian site your looking for, it will save you brokerage and duty fees, they have springs that are close to the epi springs.

 

Its $37 plus tax and shipping from my dealer, I think thats a fairly good deal. Did you mean the site I linked to was the Canadian one? Or did you mean to provide a link?

 

I meant to provide a link sorry, here it is. http://www.daltonindustries.com/psatv.htm I have an epi black spring, which i ended up paying about $80 direct from epi via ups )-: I ordered the dalton black with white stripe, which substitutes the epi red, it came to $49.44 to my door.

 

My dealer can't get the spring from his supplier. The supplier says its discontinued. I'll try the link you provided. Thanks.
