Vforce toe in??
#1
i'm replacing my V's steering stem today and want to check the alignment/toe. Does anyone have any suggestions for the ideal toe in?
My son rolled my 2 monthold V into a 5' wide, 6'deep gully. It landed flat on the seat/handlebars and bent the stem. I think the upper frame bent a little at the stem bushing block. Get out the sledgehammer. other than that she only suffered 2-3 plastic mounting bracket cracks. amazing! Man was it tough to turn this beast over in that gully! The boy was unharmed until i got the quad out of the hole. then....no J/K.
Thanks!

I set mine to zero toe-in after my wipeout, and it rides straight. If you thought it was tough flipping it in that gully, try doing it with your freshly separated shoulder. I was pretty impressed with how the V took that crash. I managed to bend the brackets back into place and only had to order a couple that were bent too bad. The bracket right above the muffler bent down and actually dented the muffler. It's good to go, but I'm still pretty sore.

Thanks 21man. I could not have flipped it back over with that shoulder, impossible. I'm fairly impressed at how well it took the crash too. I've got 5 cracked/broken mounting points on the plastic, but they'll still work and it's not bad enough to replace. Visually, it really doesn't even show!? Dealer told me $300 for front/rear fenders.
Kawi sent me the correct # stem, but it sure aint a Vforce stem! Must be from a prairie. Now i'll wait 2 more weeks i guess. Thank goodness for a back up quad!
Hope you get feelin better soon!
