Had mine installed for almost a year now and no problems yet. It might increase wear on the front joints and boots because of the greater angle on the shafts but not enough to concern me. What size 589's are you running? My 28's on the c-series with the lift really looks aggressive, I love it!!!

Mylen, I could never get my Dyno Jet kit to work properly. Did you get the HMF on and are you ready for Saturday?

May be just my poor luck,,installed H/L kit in Dec 2001, replaced left frt inner drive axle seal "2" times the following year. When I noticed it had started leaking "again", removed the kit,, no more oil leakage. This was aprox 3 months ago.

Don't sweat it for now - you won't get up that much speed in the Exhibition ring.

Why did you put it on ? Did your tires rub ? What did you gain other than higher center of gravity loss of handeling and more stress on the joints and seals? I gess I just dont get it.

650forme,

I don't seem to have a lean spot anywhere. Bike starts well and pulls hard all the way up.

ChaosInMt,

More ground clearance. Better clearance for 28" 589's. Also more beefier look. As I said earlier, no problems yet but I quess time will tell.
