Default Looking at my MBRP duals.

I picked them up at lunch, now I just have to wait until after work, and then after I see my kid to bolt them on. Man do they ever look sweet! I plan to do a sound recording of before and after, I'll just have to find a place to post it.

Please post back, I orderd mine last Thursday, but for some reason Fed ex said they just picked them up yesterday, now they won't be here till next week. I had an appointment at dealer tommorow for the throttle recall, they were going to change my jets to 142/138 while it was there. Now I'm going to wait until pipes come to go. My question is what did you jet them at, assuming stock airbox, and how difficult was the install of pipes/ jets. I also have to adjust my suspension to 4 rather than the second slot I think, no shock wrenches, lost the tool kit. I haven't worked alot on quads, so any help is appreciated because I am considering doing the pipes, jets, and shocks my self but I want to do it right. Any help is appreciated, I haven't worked on quads alot. Thanks.

Here are the pics of the new exhaust. Installation was extremely easy, it took less than an hour start to finish and I wasn't rushing by any means. The only tip I think I could pass on are to use a 6" extension, then a 3"wobble ext, then another 6" extension and you can reach the rear manifold from the swingarm area. I am also going to pick up some SS bolts and plate washers as it bolts up with the stock bolts.

It sounds so awesome now, I have sound clips of it on my home computer that I can send if you want, they don't do it justice though. I did no other mods, not even rejetting and it runs fine. It crackles back a little when you let off the gas, but it doesn't backfire. I can't really tell how much harder it pulls because I haven't been riding, but it definitely lifts the front end instantly now, once I get K&N's I'll play with the jets a bit.

They look great! My VForce is also orange. Do they send you any stickers, and what about the spark arrestors, are they in there, and is the USFS stamp still pending? No re-jetting sounds good, they only recommended a slight change on thier spec. sheet. Were you able to use the old gaskets o.k.? I would like to here your sound if you have time, gard@nethawk.com Thanks, Jeremy.

BigOne, they are definitely louder, but I love the way they sound. If I can't afford a Prairie by hunting season, I will be putting my stock exhaust back on then, at least for bird hunting.

VFORCEONE, no spark arrestors, but there are tapped holes for them. There are no markings on the mufflers at all, so I assume no USFS stamp yet. They came with 2 small stickers and 1 large one. I used the stock gaskets, they fit perfect and don't seem to leak. I'll mail you the sound clips when I get home later.
