Has anydody used these shocks on thier lakota? I need new shocks for my 97 Lakota and am on a very tight buget. Heard they are some of the better stock shocks around. Want to try stock 400EX shocks, they have the same size mounts and "1 more travel than my stockers. I mostly trail ride, with an occasional hare scramble, thats when I really need the shocks! Open to any and all sugestions.

Hey my lakota is pretty new but there is a good size jump by my house that I hit in 4th gear, I am not sure, but it seems like I get ALMOST 5 ft of air and I land without bottoming, i weight 180, I can out jump a kid who has a blaster
but how much abuse can the stock shocks take,?

I don't bottom out either. I am just looking for a shock that will give it a little better ride and be more responsive. My shocks seem a little mushy.

 

Does the Lakota and the mo use the same shocks? If they do my stock shocks didn't last a year! My Lf one puked out it's oil then on the way back home It stuck in the compressed position and I rode home on 3 wheels.

 

400ex shocks wont fit on a MOJAVE or a lakota will they!???
