P650 Owners, Check your swingarm!
I check the bearings as I would a motorcycle. Take the weight off 'em and have someone "wiggle" and pull the swing arm side to side, while I look at the pivot points for movement. Mine were STILL going strong, at 2300mi./1 1/2 yrs., when I traded it last week for the V-Force.
You should be able to find a good double SEALED replacement from a bearing company like Bearings Inc. Take your old one with you, when looking for replacements.

i believe the first stop is east of lloydminister, then the extra long trip to stonewall , north of winterpeg. Have a niece there and im her only normal living relative.I feel sorry for the poor girl having me as a relative. You can pick your friends but not your relatives. will be on the road for a week then back to work for a few day then off to montana on motrcycle.

roscoe69,
I know where stonewall is. My friend lives in Warren not to far from Stonewall and his parents live in Stonewall and his sister. Last name is Bakers, you might know them?
Another thing, Edson sounds very familiar now. I think my friend lives there, his name is Jeremy Yelneck, not sure on the spelling of the last name...hehe.
Have a good trip.

Well, my swingarm bearings are wasted too, only at 1400miles, but I pull a trailor alot so that's where the weak point is. I noticed mine when I could hear a popping noise every once in awhile, then you could stand up on the pegs and rock from side to side to feel the play at the swingarm, kinda like a bumping feel. I found them on the Dennils Kirk website for 26.99 for the kit ( seals, bearings, spacers and bushings ). I also noticed that it's the same part number on the 300cc quads, which didn't make me feel that good since this machine is alot bigger.
